I’ve already touched on labels - parent, partner, daughter, sister, boss, client, employee , business owner, friend, neighbour, community member…who are you without these many roles? 

A reactive life is based on other people’s values - ideals that have been imprinted on you, yet don’t align with how you truly want to live. This leads to a disconnect… a lack of congruence with your core values and can result in a very unsettled and imbalanced life.
