Mindset plays a massive part in your relationship with food (and your ability to make healthy changes), and it’ll also play a huge part in my incredible BEYOND HORMONES programme.

 

When you’re feeling bloated after the festive indulgences it’s easy to want quick results - having spent weeks with boxes of choccies calling your name from every corner of your house, mince pies whispering from the kitchen and (more than occasional) christmas tipples tickling your taste buds, many of us feel massive guilt in January (and most of the year, if we’re honest with ourselves). 

 

Put bluntly, willpower alone WILL NOT help you make lasting changes if your mind (both conscious and subconscious) is not fully on board.

 

You've created deep-rooted programs in your mind which have led to routines and habits that probably aren't serving you.

Movement   

Science Fact - After the age of around 35 you lose 2% of muscle mass every year (the technical term for this is sarcopenia) along with 1% bone density each year, too.

The only way to offset that and stop/delay the loss is by a certain set of exercises carried out in a particular way.

 

Exercise doesn’t have to be “all or nothing”, you don’t need to spend half your life in the gym  to see results. But as a woman over 35, exercise and movement DO matter. 

During this programme  I'll show you how to spend just 20 mins, twice a week exercising, for a body that feels and operates younger than its years..  moving intentionally for maximum impact with minimal time - helping you easily incorporate exercise into your life with no gym guilt in sight!

Nourishment    

Hormones play a huge part in our well being, and the food we eat is crucial in keeping those pesky hormones under control. 

 

Fact is, the foods you’re eating are almost certainly harming your hormones.

Some of the biggest lightbulb moments my clients have with me are around nourishment - foods you consider to be healthy choices are actually often harmful and inflammatory for our bodies - hindering weight loss and sending hormones into a frenzy.

 

The BEYOND HORMONES programme will show you exactly how to pay attention to what you eat (viewing your diet through a hormonal lens) and teach you to notice the chemicals you put on your body (and around your home, too) which have a tremendous impact on your sleep, weight, mindset, mood and energy levels.

Nothing sabotages your goals quite like crappy sleep..mainly ‘cos sleep balances hunger hormones.

 

Poor sleep will sap you of willpower, energy and generally make your life pretty miserable - definitely not ideal conditions for lasting change in your body.

 

A bad night's sleep will make you hungrier, destroying your best intentions and crushing your progress.
